 THE SHINIGAMI APPLICATION Name: Taigen KettoAlias: N/A Real Age: 200 Phys. Age: 31 Gender: Male Personality: Taigen is pretty laid back, He'd rather spend time reading and goofing off than working. His devil may care attitude extends to authority, he'll follow orders but take his time getting the job done and it'll likely be done sloppily. Taigen will also encourage others to join in his slothful behaviour. This can leave him at odds with more serious people, in which conflict will be one sided, Taigen will likely just shrug them off. Taigen's Laissez faire attitude extends to fighting, where he's likely put in as little effort as possible, which is more than likely to annoy serious combatants. While lazy, Taigen isn't stupid, he's acutely aware of his own limits and actually knows when it's time to get serious. When being serious Taigen will do what ever he can to end what ever task he's doing as soon as possible and is actually quite an efficient worker. due to wanting to avoid work he actively keeps this side of himself hidden. Outside of work, he's a very open and social person, and more than willing to talk with anyone who's looking to have fun or just unwind, seeing as he's seldom without a drink of some sorts on him and always looking to find a drinking buddy, he's always willing to help others bunk off work. THE COMBAT INFORMATION General Fighting Style: Taigen Generally allows his opponents to come to him when fighting with his zanpakuto in it's sealed state, taking a deffensive stance and using kido as his main offensive weapon. Due to his weakness with shunpo, he tends to be slower moving in battle and uses Binding kido to cover that weakness. despite normally relying on kido he is no slouch when it comes to swordsmanship, and shows great skill with his released Zanpakuto.Strengths: Kido, Reiryoku and Swordsmanship Weaknesses: Hoho, Reiatsu Manipulation ZANPAKUTO Sealed Appearance: When sealed, hanabira takes the form of two medium sized Katana with pale blue grips and plain circle guardsZanpakutou Name: Hanabira (petal) Call Out Command: rend the sky, Hanabira SHIKAI Appearance: When unleashed Hanabira takes the form of 2 whip swords with 10 segments on each sword, the swords bladed segments have 1 meters worth of a thing wiry whip in each segment, meaning each blade can extend to a maximum of 10 meters. Both swords emanate blue light that takes the form of flames although they have no thermal propertiesAbilities: The Blades have the Unique ability to fire any kido the wielder casts from any point on the blade.
type: Kido based ranged attack Description: When the swords are retracted fully and held in an X shaped cross, the blue roses on the guard burst into blue flames that travel the legnth of the sword, then a cross shaped blast is released from the crossed swords and flies towards the Enemy at Bala speed with the power of a Cero. (3 post cooldown) Ability name: Shugo no aoi (blue guardian) type: Defensive Description: The two whip swords form a circle and the blue flame like energy fills the circle and forms a shield that can absorb a Gran ray's worth of damage. it can also be used to stop low level physical attacks. has a 2 post duration and a 5 post cooldown. BANKAI New Name: Hanabira no MaiAppearance: The two swords are now replaced with two blue serving gloves with a white rose on the back, and at the end of each glove finger there is an immensely thin Blue wire that extends 20 meters. These Wires can move freely through the air and are each as sharp as a Zanpakuto. Abilities: Reishi disturbance - each of these wires strong repels Reishi, allowing them to 'cut' through reishi based ablities such as kido and ceros but a stong enough attack will resist this repulsion. It would take all 10 wires in order to cut a Cero, and anything beyond that it strong enough to ignore the threads almost entirely.. Shorthand Kido Active-passive When chanting the recitation for a high level wires can wrap around Taigen's arm and spell out part of the incantation on his arms, this allows him to bypass either tho whole incantation or that segment making it significantly easier to use Kido in battle.(allows casting of kido #88 and below instantly and cuts the incantations of kido above 88 in half)
