These are the lands beyond Rukongai. Hollows often make their nests here and try to encroach upon Rukongai and Seireitei. However the shinigami invest a lot of man power to ensure the hollows are dealt with long before they get close enough to cause trouble. Shinigami Patrols and Hollows as strong as Adjuchas can be found here.
