Personality: Seo has always been confident in his own way of living, whether that be in the Rukongai or now in the Gotei, he's never been one to really wonder about the thoughts of others. This translates in relation to his others as seeming scatterbrained, absentminded, and even cold oftentimes forgetting important dates and the like. It's not that he nececarilly does not care about others he's just too cooped up in his own world to keep his head out of it all the time. When he does care to show it though, warmth and affection is shown through large extravagant meals, intimate conversations on life and love, and sometimes gifts if he really feels sorry about something and doesn't know how to convey it.

Cooking is one thing he is great at, and if he dare says so himself, is near masterful. He enjoys it to, oftentimes cooking meals for the entirety of the barracks with help from those in Squad 4. Aside from that, he is a bit wayward at the moment. Not too sure on what he wants his future within the Gotei to be. Which is fine. He's young yet but it can be frustrating for him that he's not entirely sure what is going to be in his future. Deciding this way or that. All he knows is that he has to continue cooking and fighting. If he does that everything will be ok.

While in a fight, he is unusually talkative. His zoned out attitude seems to fade as he hyper focuses on whatever he is facing. Their gait and stature. How are they fighting? Each and every thing that could possibly happen is running through his head each moment, and yet he seems to be able to mock his opponent incessantly. His attacks are quick and precise, hitting spots vital and non just to layer on the cuts. He is not exceptional when it comes to strength, but his uncanny ability to fling his sword at absurd speeds back and forth while moving helps even the odds.

History: Born into the Ha family, known for their strength in Kido, Seoyeung was easily able to join the Shinigami Academy. Once in the Academy he progressed in record time and was quickly assigned to the Kido Corps. Once in the Kido Corp he helped with incorporation of new Kido techniques and the further development of already known Kido. It was around this time however that, he was then moved to Squad 3 due to his involvement in the applied sciences of Kido. Making his way to Vice Captain he was pleased with his progress, however after a decade of being the Vice Captain a friend of his died while in the Human world on assignment due to the slow response time of Support from Squad 3. Due to this he asked his Captain to move him down to Fifth Seat and allow him to create a Rapid Response Crew in the Human world to better support the Shinigami in the Human World.

Side Notes: Previously the Vice Captain of Squad 3, Now the 3rd Seat residing in the human world acting as a "Quick Response Unit" for Shinigami and the like.

THE COMBAT INFORMATION

General Fighting Style: Seo is an upfront, and speedy little fighter. When it comes to battle he uses his speed, immense stamina, and Kido ability to quickly attack over and over slowly whittling away at the enemy. He isn't able to make extreme shows of strength, and uses his Zanpakuto's ability to let the opponent do themselves in, hoping he gets hit as little as possible.

Ability Description: Seo specialized in Kido, and if it weren't for his cooking abilities he may have even joined the Kido Corp, however this specialization and devotion to Kido has allowed him to effortlessly use Kido without an incantation, as well as learn a unknown kido simply by watching it be used.

ZANPAKUTO

Sealed Appearance: Seoyeung's Zanpakuto is that of a fairly average Katana. It's black handle wrap is underlayed with a dark mint green stingray wrap, matched with a black Saya, topped off with a rectangular tsuba, decorated with a golden outer layer, and smaller hollow rectangles on each corner.
