 THE HUMAN APPLICATION Name: Chihiro Shizuma Apparent Age: 22 True Age: 67 Sex: Female Chihiro doesn't put much value in material possessions, mostly due to her childhood being spent at a monastery. She accepts all people as they are, and doesn't believe in the terms 'good' and 'evil'. She is quite skilled at letting others make a mockery of her, and usually joins in the laughing when she's made fun of, whether or not the others involved want her to be laughing. Even when her own capabilities are directly challenged or questioned, she never lets words adjust her mental state in any way. In social situations, she acts kind of like a big sister to everyone she meets, especially those whom she takes a fondness to. She is very aware of when other people's actions will lead to them being harmed, whether that's physical harm or emotional harm, and will often try to intervene with the best intentions, though she will let people pave their own paths in life and fate if they're particularly defiant. Although she manages to lead a very care-free life, Chihiro is quite passionate about learning more styles of combat and enjoying her fights. She takes great pride in her abilities as a fighter, and though she can laugh off jokes and insults she loves when she loses a fight since it means that she still has room for improvement. She firmly believes that she'll never die in combat, and will live a long and fulfilling life. CHARACTER APPEARANCE Height: 6'0" Weight: 162lbs  BACK-DROP [Will be revealed IC.] Side Notes: Has been fighting both physical and spiritual beings for a while, is intended for a somewhat strong tier, though she'll probably die when things get going and it's time for the young'ns to step in and take over. FIGHTING STYLE Chihiro is a close quarters specialist who has mastered all known fighting styles in the world of the living. She uses a style entirely unique to herself, which compliments her own spiritual powers nicely. In melee, she's a very difficult opponent to defeat, but she has limited options when it comes to ranged enemies, and anyone who can keep up with her while staying out of her reach will effectively shut her down completely. Strengths: None Weaknesses: None PRIMARY STAGE Ability Name: State of Mind [Passive] Description: Chihiro is capable of blocking out all outside sensory input and honing in on her target, strudying them in an instant. She can instantly determine how much stronger or weaker someone is compared to her, and effectively increases her sensing by 1 stage at all times. Ability Name: Bio-Feedback [Passive] Description: Chihiro can, through use of reiryoku, gain complete control over her muscles, bones, veins, and even neurons. She can control her body to move at her unconscious command, effectively increasing her speed and reflexes by 1 stage at all times. Ability Name: Adaptive Muscle Memory [Passive] Description: Chihiro's muscles are in a constant state of regeneration, causing her to be immune to lactic acid buildup, as well as be able to use up to 100% of her muscles in every motion she makes, effectively increasing her strength and stamina by 1 stage at all times. Ability Name: Reiatsu Defense [Passive] Description: Chihiro is capable of amplifying her aura to defend from incoming attacks without having to think about it, effectively increasing her endurance and durability by 1 stage at all times. Ability Name: Concurrent Motion [Passive] Description: Chihiro is capable of performing more than one action at the same time and even the same place, making parts of her body seem to be in more than one position, sometimes without moving from the spot she's currently in. She can effectively punch, kick, jump, dodge, etc. at the same time whether moving or still, or interact with/attack multiple opponents from all sides. This makes doing multiple actions easier. Ability Name: Jade Constructs Description: Chihiro can solidify her reiatsu into an object of steel durability. She can only make one object in a post, but the object can be anything from a nail to a solid 5ftx5ftx1ft block of steel. The object appears as green stained glass when made, and unless broken will never decay or disappear on its own. She cannot make complicated objects with moving parts, like guns, but anything else is free game. FULLBRING SEALED Fullbring Item: Handwraps of SerenityFullbring Appearance: The handwraps that Chihiro wore for every tournament she appeared in, these handwraps looks like worn white tape. Author's Note: Fullbring Internal Passive Due to how Chihiro's Fullbring works, in order for her to use the powers, sealed or released, she must first spend one post exclusively putting the Handwraps on, and cannot attack at all during that post. If agreed upon OOC this can be skipped, but in combat will almost always be the case. Ability Name: Seikuken Description: While wearing her Fullbring, Chihiro has a combat aura which tells her mentally when an attack is coming even if she can't see, hear, smell, taste, feel or detect it by any other means. This "Aura' extends to roughly 3-4 feet around her (Essentially her Hand to hand combat range.) For best mental imaging of this "Aura" just picture a sphere around Chihiro that is said length from every part of her body. This means that even if the attacker is faster than her, she can use her enhanced reflexes to more effectively deal with them. Ability Name: Malachite Shuriken Description: While wearing her Fullbring, Chihiro is capable of making a single shuriken every post in addition to her [Jade Constructs]. The Malachite Shuriken, when thrown, is not subject to air resistance or gravity, causing it to travel in a perfectly straight line at bala speeds until it collides with something. Chihiro can detonate the Shuriken, causing a Cero's worth of damage within 5m of the Shuriken, but not the post it was made. Chihiro can have 2 Shurikens at a time; attempting to make a Third will cause the first one to crumble to dust. [Tier 0-5+ Only] Ability Name: Asura's Fist Description: While her Fullbring is worn, Chihiro is capable of igniting her fists in her spiritual energy, causing them to appear as Green Flaming Demon Heads. This fire inflicts first degree burns on contact, but does not spread to anything else and cannot be put out with water. This ability drains only a minimal amount of energy and can be maintained indefinitely, even in released form. FULLBRING RELEASED Ability Name: Asura Form Description: While her Fullbring is released, Chihiro grows two additional pairs of arms, which are attached to her at the shoulder. Her muscle configuration also changes to allow each arm full independant control. The arms are slightly longer than her normal arms. Ability Name: Gate Description: While her Fullbring is released, Chihiro can teleport to one of her Malachite Shurikens. She can do this even on the post it was made, but this ability can only be used every other post at best. Chihiro cannot attack immediately upon teleporting, but the delay before she can is very short. [Tier 0-5+ Only] Ability Name: Vaccuum Fist Description: In her Fullbring Released state, Chihiro can punch targets up to 10m away even without making contact with them, via air pressure and shockwaves. [Tier 0-5+ Only] Ability Name: Tranquil Fury Description: No matter how aggitated or pissed off Chihiro may get, she always retains full control of her body and actions. [Tier 0-5+ Only] Ability Name: Mantra of Wrath Description: Chihiro is capable of empowering herself up by getting angry, and is even capable of feeding off of other's anger as well. This ability results in Chihiro literally being too angry to die, and if she receives fatal damage in her Fullbring Released State, she will instead be fully healed but [Exhausted], and her Fullbring Release cannot be used for the remainder of that thread. |
