Shin'eki Uemura

Appearance: Possessing a Constant Release Form, Seimitsugensui takes the form of a standard katana in appearance. The hilt is rectangular shaped with hollowed and rusted rectangles at each corner, some of the rectangles having been deformed due to rust, causing sharp points at what would other wise be joints. Within it's otherwise ordinary scabbard, Seimitsugensui possesses a very unkept blade, possessing battle damage, as well as rust and a rolled geometry. It should be noted that Shin'eki possesses the dullest sword in all of the seireitei, using this attribute in his kenjutsu skill, rather than cutting he focuses more on brutal strikes.
Abilities:

Ability Name: Henshoku no Sesshoku 変色の接触 (Lit. Tarnishing Touch)
Ability Description: Through the use of his blade, Shin'eki is able to generate the oxidation of an object it comes into contact with, mainly in the form of contact with an opponents zanpakutou. Upon contact, depending on the level of the shinigami causes the blade to become tarnished or rusted in the section that has come into contact with Seimitsugensui. This in turn causes the integrity of the blade to become dampened, as well as dulled.

-The tarnish can be removed/reconstituted via the exertion of the victim's reiryoku to counteract the oxidation.

-The tarnish can only affect the zanpakutou of a shinigami of an equal rank or lower as Shin'eki, and Shin'eki's oxidation can only affect blades that are in sealed form or in shikai.

-The tarnish can spread over time through continuous contact as well as destroy zanpakutou that haven't been treated from this oxidation during battle. (The tarnish only exists during battle, once the sword has been sheathed the oxidation is also deactivated)

Ability Name: Hashōfū no Jisshi Keitai 破傷風の実施形態 (Lit. Embodiment of Tetanus)
Ability Description: Through the use of physical contact, Shin'eki is able to oxidize the joints of his opponents. By placing his hands upon the opponent, reddish-brown discoloration starts to appear on the surface of the skin, signaling the activation of the technique. Once the oxidation has taken place, the opponent's joints in the nearby area become stiff and in severe cases can become locked temporary.

-This technique can be brute forced through via release of reiryoku, as well as through added exertion to a movement.

-This technique can be cured through release of reiryoku.

Ability Name:
Sabi no Kara さびの殻 (Lit. Shell of Rust)
Ability Description: This ability allows Shin'eki to generate a shell like layer of rust upon his epidermus. For now, the width of this protective layer can only span the width of a widely opened hand. This technique grants Shin'eki the ability to not only deflect weapons with his bare hands, but also is able to use this layer as a shield to buffer any sustainable injury that could occur. Adversely, this ability also grants him the ability to take the offensive and grants yet another channel for his rust to spread upon contact.
