Konohagakure no Sato (The VIllage Hidden in the Leaves)

Konohagakure no Sato, otherwise known as The Village Hidden in the Leaves, was one of the first of the five great ninja villages to be formed, almost sixty-five years in the past towards the end of the warring states period. The Senju clan and the Uchiha clan had made a truce gathering their allies together they decided to make a village where they would all work together for the benefit of one another, no longer having to look over one's shoulders for a kunai coming at their back from today's allies. As the main brains behind the entire Idea Mazirama Senju became the first head of the Village, the role that became known as Hokage, him and the head of the Uchiha Clan at the time, a brilliant man by the name of Natsu founded the village collecting extended family, and other Ninja clans of sorted allegiances that called Hi no Kuni (Fire Country) their home. Thus the village was born.

To commemorate this moment the artisans of Konohagakure took advantage of a naturally formed waterfall on the countries northern border to create statues of the founding fathers of the Leaf, this place is now Known as the Valley of the end, signifying the alliance that ended the warring states and the birth of uniting the various Mercenary shinobi clans together to form an alliance that benefited everyone.

As the Rein of Mazirama came to a close there was signs that war was on the horizon, so with the Elder's approval Mazirama appointed Shikaken Nara to take on the role of the Second Hokage, his strategic genius was well documented having helped the Senju in many battle before the birth of the village back when he was but a child. He seemed to have had an insight into the enemies movements that bordered on Clairvoyance.

When Shikaken stepped down there had been signs of unrest from the Uchiha clan who had started to feel like no one had trusted them as those in charge had been primarily allies of the Senju during the time when the two clans were rivals. In an attempt to quell this issue and prove them wrong Shikaken had Sirou Uchiha, a Kunoichi well known for her strong will, sheer stubbornness, and all-around exceptional skills take up the mantle. With her at the reins of the village Konoha had seen its longest most profitable time period, some considered the Golden age of the leaf. Sirou held the role for far longer than any of her predecessors though she had planned to step down a few times the elders begged her to stay on.

Then the news came, one of the Five great villages had fallen to an unknown enemy, there had been signs of iron sand and poison used to kill its inhabitants the village was leveled. Sirou knew she was in no shape to lead the village through the oncoming assaults, she was not as young as she used to be, and nowhere near as powerful. Passing the torch onto a young TBD
